Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for embedded banking initiatives from inception through build, test, release, and hyper care.
  • •Translate enterprise strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes across geographies and contributors.
  • •Oversee delivery across multi-system platforms, including 50+ downstream integrations and external partner ecosystems.
  • •Establish governance and ways of working with partners and vendors, tracking commitments, escalation, and remediation.
  • •Set production readiness and service transition with Operations and Service Management, including runbooks, knowledge transfer, and post-release stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant technology program delivery leadership experience in complex regulated environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering enterprise initiatives with large-scale integrations across 50+ downstream systems and third-party ecosystems.
  • •Strong governance capability across executive reporting, dependency management, risks, issues, and delivery controls.
  • •Experience partnering with business and product teams on roadmap planning, prioritization, and end-to-end release delivery.
