Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus 12+ years of software engineering experience (or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 5+ years).
  • •3+ years of hands-on people-management experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of approximately 8–10 software engineers.
  • •Strong backend application development experience with Ruby on Rails and Python, including containerized, cloud-native environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Experience with architecture, system design, technical trade-offs, and distributed systems, including coaching engineers on these areas.
  • •Ability to lead projects from loosely defined business problems through delivery by defining milestones, tracking metrics, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
