Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicle inventory at Carvana market hubs by inspecting cars for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues, washing and vacuuming inventory, and completing multi-point arrival inspections. Coordinate with teammates to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Work outdoors in all weather, lift and move vehicles safely, and follow attendance and safety requirements while communicating with coworkers and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
•Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis.
•Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and required disclosures.
•Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain positive relationships with external vendors.
•Maintain regular, predictable attendance and communicate with team members and management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
•Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry/transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
•Requires standing for extended periods and performing frequent physical tasks in outdoor conditions.
•Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, and be able to use safety equipment.
