Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall control environment and promote awareness across teams to manage operational incidents and ensure compliance with global standards.
  • •Facilitate and evaluate risk and control assessments, ensuring risks and underlying controls are adequately identified and assessed.
  • •Ensure governance through risk committees and dashboards, and perform management and thematic reviews for high-risk processes.
  • •Record, track, and test management self-identified issues to ensure compliance with internal audit criteria.
  • •Liaise with internal/external auditors, ensure audit preparedness, and track issue remediation testing for audit findings.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/MBA with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in leading accounting firms or the financial services sector.
  • •Experience conducting internal audit, control testing, and risk management.
  • •Strong risk and control experience across first line/second line/third line of defense.
  • •Understanding of SOX, material controls, and key controls.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively and build stakeholder relationships; experience working in Audit and/or Assurance is preferred.
