Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management delivery across fit-out packages within large aviation estates.
  • •Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Oversee procurement strategies, tender documentation, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • •Provide cost advice and commercial guidance to clients, project teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • •Manage change control, risk management, value engineering, and cost forecasting activities while ensuring governance/programme compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering cost management/quantity surveying services on Cat A and Cat B fit out projects for corporate clients.
  • •Strong cost planning, estimating, budget control, and reporting experience across the project lifecycle.
  • •Advanced use of Microsoft Excel to build cost models.
  • •Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (RICS or similar) and holding a degree or HNC level qualification (aviation experience is desirable).
