Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain a company-wide Global Controllership and GFO risk, compliance, and control framework with identified risks and controls; ensure robust monitoring and reporting.
  • •Establish governance structures with offshore partners, ensuring clear accountabilities, ongoing improvements, and reduced risk and control gaps.
  • •Develop, maintain, and govern the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for S/4 and finance-related boundary systems; align with SOX and business requirements.
  • •Ensure risks and controls are effectively documented, tested, and updated as people, processes, and technologies evolve; drive AI-enabled continuous control monitoring where applicable.
  • •Lead risk assessments, SOX/internal audit readiness reviews, control rationalization, and remediation planning for Global Controllership/GFO; partner with IT, Cyber, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of public and/or private accounting and auditing experience, preferably including internal/external audit and/or Big Four public accounting.
  • •Proven financial accounting and internal control background.
  • •Experience documenting processes, systems, and controls; knowledge of COSO framework and IT controls.
  • •Track record managing risk, compliance, and control frameworks in global organizations; experience with shared service models and offshore partners.
  • •CPA; Sarbanes-Oxley experience; ability to travel ~10% annually.
