•Partner with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers to track customer profile, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success within your territory.
•Participate in customer discovery, identify pain points, and map customer needs to Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions.
•Lead value-based demonstrations, from deep product demos to selling the broader vision of the full portfolio.
•Guide technical needs in the sales process and drive buy-in for Atlassian as the right decision.
•Track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating internally with product management and continuously refining pre-sales offerings.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of pre-sales experience interacting with customers, with strong communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.

•Fluent in English and fluent in Spanish or French (Italian or Portuguese is a plus).
