Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently specify and develop complex PCBs and assemblies focused on power electronics plus analog and digital engineering.
  • •Maintain and manage boards/assemblies across the lifecycle, including troubleshooting, qualifying alternative components, and producing standards-compliant documentation and improvement actions.
  • •Execute commissioning tests and support integration and verification of components and systems.
  • •Actively contribute to design at product and system level and help advance development processes and methods.
  • •Collaborate with an agile, international team while working in a self-directed, structured manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with strong knowledge of power electronics, analog technology, and general electrical engineering.
  • •Experience in control engineering and the simulation of complex power-electronic systems using MATLAB/Simulink or comparable tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence or Mentor).
  • •Ideally, experience in high-voltage engineering and hardware-near software (DSP, FPGA).
  • •Strong interest in modern, data-driven, and AI-supported tools for development and test activities, with very good German and English skills.
