Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble rupture disc units and prepare them for shipment in a safe, cost-effective manner.
  • •Trim and prepare materials for assembly, including cleaning rupture disc and holder components.
  • •Cut outside diameters of rupture discs and perform spot welding of components.
  • •Operate presses and required production equipment, including co-bots and automated/robotic equipment.
  • •Perform proof pressure and leak testing, inspect completed assemblies to specifications, and meet productivity and quality standards.
