Key Responsibilities

  • •Control inbound containers by sea/road to IKEA Oman and ensure adherence to supply setups.
  • •Manage customs/documentation processes for product approvals and duty rates, coordinating with authorities and logistics partners.
  • •Plan and maintain stock availability by prioritizing clearance, generating GRNs, and ensuring store stock meets customer demand.
  • •Lead logistics and goods-flow operations, including goods movement from external warehouses to stores with discrepancy/damage checks and claims.
  • •Monitor and optimize total supply chain costs, performance against global KPIs, and support budgeting and warehouse capacity inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and local customs/clearance processes.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Experience planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics operations with ability to meet deadlines.
