Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and maintain target fuse settings with architecture, designers, firmware, and product engineering teams.
  • •Provide fuse settings to support silicon lifecycle activities across platform teams.
  • •Participate as a key member in silicon bring-up activities.
  • •Collaborate with validation, pre-silicon emulation, and product engineering teams to fine tune early silicon and support root-cause analysis.
  • •Lead automation efforts to optimize fuse infrastructure and validation methodologies and create technical documentation and validation reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 134,400 - 230,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals and digital circuit design.
  • •In-depth understanding of system architecture and experience with silicon bring-up and characterization.
  • •Experience with eFuse, fuse repair, or non-volatile memory technologies, including manufacturing fusing flow and validation/test methodologies.
  • •Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
