Customer Sales & Service Rep I

Deliver exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry by assisting with questions via in-person, phone, and online ordering. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, and identify opportunities to grow sales. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and support merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks in a safe environment.
