Key Responsibilities

  • •Support activation of the employer brand and EVP across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Partner with People Experience, Internal Communications, Culture Change, and Talent teams to embed consistent employer brand messaging and experiences.
  • •Create toolkits, resources, and campaign assets that ensure consistent employer brand content across touchpoints (careers platforms, recruitment materials, policy/reward comms, social and internal communications).
  • •Work with an external agency to redevelop and optimize the ASOS careers site with employer brand content, and produce insights on performance.
  • •Manage relationships with agencies and partners, support employee advocacy initiatives, and coordinate resources for employees and leaders to represent the ASOS brand externally.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering employer brand, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, internal communications, or employee experience initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong understanding of EVP implementation and activation, including embedding branding and culture initiatives across audiences and channels.
  • •Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social media and careers platform/content marketing.
  • •Demonstrated content creation and storytelling experience, including employee stories and video/campaign development.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
