Lead the design of complex lighting systems for Airbus Helicopters, coordinating technical development and supplier engagement across transnational teams. Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of the design of complex lighting systems and equipment in close collaboration with other engineering departments.
•Lead supplier relations from writing technical specifications through to final industrialization of equipment.
•Provide evidence of qualification and actively support system certification processes.
•Define and coordinate testing campaigns (lab and on helicopter) and provide technical support (troubleshooting, maintenance) for assembly lines and customers.
•Lead the Marignane team, monitor activities and budgets, mentor engineers, and participate in sourcing strategy (technologies, supplier panel).

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (Bac+5) or master's-equivalent in electricity, electronics, aerospace or related field.
•Solid experience in lighting engineering (aerospace or other industries) and direct experience with Airbus Helicopters products/customers.
•Proven technical leadership in embedded lighting system design, supplier management, and qualification processes.
