Assistant Store Manager, Levi's® Vineland Premium Outlet Store, Orlando ,FL

Support the Store Manager to achieve Levi’s Store Iconic status by building and developing a high-performing store team and driving operational excellence. You’ll assume responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence, oversee payroll, cash handling, and inventory control, lead merchandising execution, and ensure visual presentation standards. You’ll also recruit, train, coach, and hold associates accountable to store and sales goals while helping maintain a positive work environment.
