Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Recruitment Manager with hiring across the Real Estate division.
  • •Source experienced agents and fresh talent through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of real estate candidates.
  • •Conduct candidate screening and initial conversations, and coordinate interviews, offers, and joining processes.
  • •Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines, and support recruitment campaigns and networking initiatives.
