Key Responsibilities

  • •Service an assigned book of agriculture and farm accounts, including house and producer-supported business.
  • •Respond to client questions on coverage, billing, claims reporting, audits, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and business changes.
  • •Review farm operations and identify key exposures including property, liability, auto, equipment, livestock, environmental, cyber, crime, and business interruption.
  • •Support renewals by gathering updated information, reviewing coverage needs, completing required updates, and coordinating remarketing when needed.
  • •Maintain clear notes, follow workflows, and document recommendations and client decisions to support compliance and E&O prevention.

Salary: CAD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active P&C insurance license for the province(s) being serviced is required; RIBO license is required for Ontario clients.
  • •Commercial lines experience required, with agriculture/farm, SME, or mid-market account management strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of farm and agri-business coverage, including property, CGL/farm liability, commercial auto, equipment, livestock, produce, and environmental/cyber/crime/business interruption exposures.
  • •Experience with renewals, remarketing, endorsements, claims intake, client reviews, and underwriting information gathering.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
