Laboratory Technician

Perform laboratory analysis to support quality control for finished products, in-process materials, and incoming raw materials. Conduct raw material testing and verification of certifications, calibrate and verify lab equipment, and operate testing instruments including Instron and impact testers. Accurately record and manage analysis data, prepare and issue lab test reports, and communicate results to QA and manufacturing teams. Support product sample molding and testing for the Compound Division and coordinate external testing as needed.
