Job Summary

Own technical enablement for Dialpad’s partner ecosystem by designing and delivering hands-on workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ. Build lab environments and detailed lab guides, maintain technical playbooks, and manage certification content in Docebo for CDP 2.0 tracks. Coordinate logistics and drive channel attendance and event-to-pipeline attribution, partnering closely with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
•Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
•Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities and support global enablement programs.
•Develop lab guides, set up and maintain hands-on lab environments, and create technical playbooks across product families.
•Own technical LMS content in Docebo, deliver Capstone certification grading, and track event-to-pipeline attribution to report ROI and training effectiveness.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
•Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
•Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
•Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
•Excellent project management skills to manage a multi-city event calendar.
