Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PLM projects and manage project teams to deliver PLM implementations for clients across industries.
  • •Develop and document concepts and solution architectures for consolidation or customization of PLM applications.
  • •Coordinate with client stakeholders and partners to align business processes and IT solutions; ensure secure process integration within the organization.
  • •Oversee project handover to the customer and ensure adoption, including participation in demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
  • •Apply and select appropriate methods and technologies to achieve project goals and support sales in generating follow-on opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of PLM and extensive experience in PLM project delivery and consulting.
  • •Ability to lead PLM projects, manage client relationships, and take responsibility for offerings in PLM, including scoping and architecture.
  • •Strong IT knowledge including object-oriented languages, databases, and SOA technologies; experience with leading PLM platforms and product lifecycle processes.
  • •Proven ability to present and facilitate with clients, and to network to generate follow-on opportunities; German and English language proficiency; willingness to travel within Europe.
  • •Familiarity with agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and a collaborative, team-based working style.
