Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance by taking full ownership of results.
  • •Analyse commercial results to make confident decisions and take targeted actions to maximize opportunities.
  • •Deliver an outstanding customer experience across in-store and omnichannel services (including click & collect and endless aisle).
  • •Ensure operational excellence by turning goals into action plans, scheduling effectively, managing stock, and maintaining compliance with health & safety, security, data privacy, and company policies.
  • •Lead and develop the team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and recruiting, retaining, and building succession plans for key roles.
