Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data (site, surveys, blueprints, GIS, maps, and technical data) for project development, design, and construction.
  • •Provide entry-level technical assistance on investigations and inspections of site conditions, roadways, intersections, signage, signals, pavement markings, and transportation corridors.
  • •Assist with verifying site characteristics and supporting traffic engineering studies including capacity analyses, traffic complaint investigations, traffic plan review, signal system design, monitoring/control, and operations analysis.
  • •Conduct traffic counts to determine traffic volumes, origin/destination patterns, and traffic types.
  • •Generate accurate, concise documentation using electronic systems and field/work site notebook/logs while following safety guidelines and completing assigned training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
