Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high-frequency, hands-on presence at supplier sites to observe process execution as it happens.
  • •Verify critical process steps, monitoring points, work instructions, and documentation are followed exactly as defined.
  • •Execute and verify outgoing quality control prior to shipment, stopping shipment when criteria are not met.
  • •Review daily yield, SPC, and quality data to detect process drift early; escalate deviations with assessed impact and containment proposals.
  • •Conduct/support supplier technical audits and verify corrective actions are implemented and effective on the floor, translating floor reality into engineering decisions.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or supplier quality engineering, with substantial time on production lines.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to identify at-risk steps on the line.
  • •Proven ability to enforce standards with suppliers using data, while working under schedule and commercial pressure.
  • •Strong working knowledge of process control and problem-solving methodologies (SPC, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis).
