Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients in delivering a diverse portfolio of highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the utilities sector.
  • •Manage delivery to client objectives, including contract/budget management, benefits alignment, and financial/project controls.
  • •Create, manage, and modify project/programme plans; manage several work streams simultaneously and produce status reports.
  • •Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate contractors, consultants, and other advisors on infrastructure projects.
  • •Identify client opportunities and independently solve challenges, including cross-service collaboration within the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across the lifecycle, including project management principles, contract/budget management, schedule management, and project controls.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and how to apply it to delivery, including health, safety, quality, and environmental management and status reporting.
  • •Strong leadership and teamwork, capable of developing teams and leading others in challenging or ambiguous environments; able to identify capability gaps.
  • •Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, building long-term trusted advisor relationships across clients and partners.
  • •Beneficial experience including utilities/water infrastructure project/programme management and procurement/NEC contract management, with high commercial awareness.
