Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site- and tool-level optimization studies to enhance throughput.
  • •Manage, audit, and validate probe capacity models and systems to determine network capital requirements.
  • •Complete financial analysis for new capital equipment purchases, including metrics optimization, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose.
  • •Design, track, and communicate capital change proposals to manufacturing senior leaders using reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and presentations.
  • •Leverage AI tools (Copilot, no-code agents, generative-AI assistants) and build tools to automate planning/reporting tasks, improve cycle time, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •Operations Research skills such as Linear Programming, Queuing Theory, Statistical Analysis, or Theory of Constraints.
  • •Data analysis with tools such as JMP, MINITAB, R, Python, Tableau, PL, or SQL.
  • •Knowledge of production planning and inventory control strategies such as BTO/BTT/BTF, Risk Pooling, EOQ, Lot Sizing, or MRP.
  • •Exposure to project management techniques such as CPM, PERT, or Scheduling.
