Key Responsibilities

  • •Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our digital healthcare solutions and achieve sales targets
  • •Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, challenges, and preferences
  • •Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events
  • •Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • •Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our digital healthcare solutions
  • •Proposal Preparation: Working hand-in-hand with customers, Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals
  • •Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software, and online funnel sheets
  • •Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery process, Project initiation, and implementation of solutions
  • •Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights to inform sales strategies
  • •Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecast sales performance, and provide insights for improvement
  • •Invoicing: Working internally in contract invoicing, smooth delivery, and facilitating the collection process
  • •Business Development: Working on expanding our portfolio with new technology trends according to market needs, Communicating with suppliers, and integrating customer feedback

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Digital Healthcare, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • •Proficiency in English language with good speaking and writing capabilities required to effectively communicate in a multilingual work environment
  • •Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector
  • •Strong understanding of digital healthcare solutions, including electronic health records (EHR), telehealth, enterprise imaging, healthcare analytics, and patient engagement tools
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • •Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • •Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
  • •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • •Strong organizational and time management skills
  • •Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare providers; Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry; Additional certifications in sales or healthcare management
