Job Summary

Join the RevOps team to support sales reporting and analysis for the Global Sales & Customer Success organization. Build and maintain dashboards for Sales and Customer Success, present insights, and help improve reporting through data analysis, cleaning, and normalization. Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and small process improvements while learning RevOps best practices in a global SaaS environment.

•Build and maintain dashboards that provide insights for Sales and Customer Success teams.
•Present dashboards and explain results so teams can understand and act on the data.

•Help with ad-hoc requests such as reporting needs and small process improvements.
•Proactively suggest improvements in reporting and visualization to improve team effectiveness.
