Partner with leadership and COEs to enact HR strategies over a 1–2 year horizon for assigned business units, creating a safe environment and driving retention and development. Use evidence-based insights and the Employee Value Proposition to influence workforce shaping, workforce engagement, and talent evaluation. Monitor HR program success against ROI targets, manage grievances with Labor Relations, and collaborate with Workforce Analytics to turn deep insights into measurable people results.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement HR strategy aligned to organizational vision over a 1–2 year horizon.
•Develop HR plans and programs to optimize utilization of HR resources.
•Influence team member behavior to promote key safety and HR principles.
•Partner with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and orientation for new team members.
•Manage grievances and work with Labor Relations COE regarding potential contract/CBA violations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of relevant work experience.
•Experience supporting HR operations across UK and European Union (EU) countries (preferred).
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication/presentation skills.
•Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution, strong analytical skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
