Job Summary

Operate a battery-powered forklift and move product within the facility to support loading for shipment. Break down and stack products on wooden pallets to form complete pallets, and transfer boxed goods between pallets as needed. Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Work the B Shift schedule (Sun–Wed, 6PM–6AM) in temperatures ranging roughly from 28°F to 32°F, with significant physical demands.

•Move product within the facility and/or load product for shipment.
•Use a battery-powered forklift to place and retrieve finished boxed product from coolers, trailers, and the production floor.
•Break down and/or stack products on wooden pallets to form complete pallets.
•Remove boxes from one pallet and place them onto other pallets to build full pallets.
•Maintain safe work practices while operating equipment and supporting ongoing production flow.

•3 months forklift experience.
•Ability to place and/or retrieve finished boxed product using a battery-powered forklift.
•Ability to break down, stack, and build complete pallets on wooden pallets.
•Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull finished boxed products weighing between 5 and 80 pounds.
•Ability to work in cold temperatures (approximately 28°F to 32°F) and perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
