Support delivery of key projects in the Airline Operations Technology team by coordinating software and system changes that improve business processes, new products, and operational outcomes. Lead requirements definition using BA methodologies and data/process modelling, partner with technical teams and vendors, facilitate stakeholder updates, and validate/testing through documented testable requirements. Manage software releases, cutover activities, and IT Change Management documentation.

•Apply BA methodologies with data and process modelling to define business and system requirements.
•Liaise with technical delivery teams and vendors to deliver outcomes and coordinate delivery.
•Facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate updates and drive project outcomes.
•Analyse and design solutions with product owners and the architecture team, documenting them to meet business requirements.
•Validate, test, and manage software changes and releases, including implementation/cutover planning and IT Change Management documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a business analyst role.
•Tertiary qualification in business or Information Technology (CBAP beneficial).
•Experience delivering initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
•Ability to analyse quantitative data and solve problems, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
