Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the Operations Regional Inventory Control (ORIC) team in North America to ensure inventory accuracy supporting financial close and fulfillment targets.
  • •Unite distributed teams around shared standards for consistent execution across North America sites.
  • •Recruit, develop, and lead Senior Inventory Control Analysts across Guadalajara, Mexico; San Jose, California; Houston, Texas; and Fort Worth, Texas.
  • •Own monthly book-to-book (B2B) attestation and coordinate blind cycle count programs per OPSMC74008 W.4 standards.
  • •Maintain first-pass accuracy targets, manage variance tracking and corrective action closure, and report ORIC key metrics to the Hub PM to drive continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or equivalent and/or APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
  • •10+ years of operations experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing partner management in high-tech hardware.
  • •5+ years of experience leading a team and proven experience managing multi-site inventory control teams.
  • •Expertise in cycle count program management, book-to-book reconciliation, and adjustment workflows.
  • •Solid ERP and WMS proficiency in SAP or Oracle, with strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
