Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor product throughout the processing phase and coordinate equipment adjustments with receiving/preparation, floor operators, grinding room, and loadout teams.
  • •Operate facility computers and monitor controls, relaying temperatures, gate positions, and speeds to team members.
  • •Identify motor controls/equipment and relay information for correct lockout procedures.
  • •Reset breakers, starters, and variable frequency drives; reset controls in the motor control center as needed.
  • •Perform QA/HACCP duties as assigned and communicate via two-way radio; may operate frontend loader or forklift after obtaining certification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have 6 months of continuous work history with a single employer in the past 12 months.
  • •Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Knowledge/experience in receiving/preparation, floor operator/feather, feed, pet food, loadout, grinding room, and/or environmental.
  • •Basic PC skills and ability to read output from monitors and analysis equipment.
  • •Ability to complete required paperwork and work effectively with a team; flexibility and organizational skills.
