Key Responsibilities

  • •Focus on delivering high quality data preparation and processing capabilities as part of our holistic eDiscovery offering
  • •Take ownership of our requirement to deliver high volume data processing, while maintaining timely delivery schedules and error free results
  • •Perform and manage multiple concurrent engagements, while ensuring quality and internal/external customer service is of the highest level
  • •Maintain and develop our standard operation procedures, data intake, and data processing workflows
  • •Continually assess the suitability of existing and emerging technology to complement or replace as required

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • •Prior experience as a Senior Manager overseeing computer forensics and eDiscovery matters
  • •Experience in stakeholder management and ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
  • •Demonstrable experience of business lead generation
  • •This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese; travel willingness (nationally and internationally) for durations from a week to months
