Job Summary

Own sales growth for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and services by developing account and territory strategies for hospitals across Central and South Florida. Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital decision-makers, analyze the install base, drive the sales process through demonstrations and stakeholder engagement, and close new opportunities in installed, competitive, and new-construction labs/ORs. Collaborate with cross-functional Philips teams to deliver integrated account success.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and measurable targets to drive sales performance.
•Document and analyze the territory install base and execute plans to engage assigned accounts, including competitive breakthrough accounts.
•Drive the sales process by identifying customer events, engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating opportunities.
•Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple Philips teams to drive integrated account success across Mobile Surgery and related solutions.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of hospital-based sales experience, including direct engagement within the OR.
•Capital equipment sales experience is strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated solution selling and execution in a complex team-selling environment.
•Able to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements of the Sales position.
