Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and measurable targets to drive sales performance.
  • •Document and analyze the territory install base and execute plans to engage assigned accounts, including competitive breakthrough accounts.
  • •Drive the sales process by identifying customer events, engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple Philips teams to drive integrated account success across Mobile Surgery and related solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of hospital-based sales experience, including direct engagement within the OR.
  • •Capital equipment sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated solution selling and execution in a complex team-selling environment.
  • •Able to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements of the Sales position.
