Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes or creating unique concoctions.
  • •Provide friendly, professional customer service: greet patrons, take drink orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including cleaning surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking inventory.
  • •Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, giving change, and reconciling the register at end of shift.
  • •Adhere to alcohol service regulations (ID checks and refusing intoxicated patrons) and support operations through inventory monitoring, routine maintenance, and upselling.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years of relevant bartending experience.
  • •2 years of GCC working experience is a plus.
  • •Certificate in a Food and Beverage-related course or equivalent food service/cooking experience.
  • •Knowledge of alcohol types and mixing techniques to prepare drinks to quality standards.
  • •Ability to follow local/state alcohol service laws, verify legal drinking age, and provide responsible service.
