Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and mount sub-assemblies, components, and fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment using hand and power tools.
  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications based on electrical drawings and manufacturing schematics.
  • •Perform assembly test preparation, final inspection, and use established power checking procedures to verify integrity.
  • •Inspect/test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
  • •Maintain 5S standards, recommend Lean improvement suggestions, receive/put away material, and prepare finished products for shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year technical school diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow to install correct wires (preferred).
  • •Experience with measuring tools, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly (preferred).
  • •Ability to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • •Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and work overtime as required.
