Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect dry utility works including electrical networks, street lighting, telecom systems, ICT networks, and associated infrastructure.
  • •Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.
  • •Conduct site inspections for trenching, duct bank installations, cable laying, utility chambers, substations, and utility crossings.
  • •Review contractor shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.
  • •Maintain inspection records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including witnessing testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dry Utility Inspector on infrastructure, roads, transportation, or utility projects.
  • •Proven construction supervision consultancy experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of dry utility systems including power distribution, street lighting, telecom, ICT, and associated infrastructure.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
