Job Summary

Lead the Systems & Integration (S&I) function within Autonomous Airpower’s Systems Engineering, Integration & Test organization. Build the organization and define integration standards, culture, and operating rhythm, while serving as a hands-on technical leader across hardware and software. Own system-level integration, interface control, configuration maturity, and a verification and validation strategy spanning SIL/HIL sequencing through ground-to-flight test progression and verification closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Build the organization and define what systems and integration means within Anduril and Autonomous Airpower, including standards, culture, and operating rhythm.
•Serve as a hands-on technical leader credible with hardware and software, understanding activity at the bench, in the integration lab, and in the software build.
•Partner with the Director of Test to drive tightly coupled integration and test requirements, strategy, and execution.
•Own integration across the full system of systems—air vehicle, ground segment, C2, cyber, datalinks, and operational interfaces—defining architecture and interface control.
•Own system verification and validation strategy, including SIL/HIL sequencing, ground-to-flight test progression, entrance/exit criteria, and verification closure with evidence delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, computer science, systems engineering, or a similar technical field.
•10+ years of systems engineering and integration experience across the lifecycle, with technical leadership across integration, architecture, or verification on Group 5 UAS, similar-class aircraft, or advanced missile systems.
•Demonstrated ability to build and lead engineering organizations, including standing up teams and establishing operating models in fast-moving environments.
•Hands-on credibility with both hardware and software, including working at the bench and in the codebase.
•Demonstrated ownership of system-level integration and system-level verification/validation, including test strategy, ground-to-flight progression, failure analysis, and verification closure.
