Coordinate day-to-day operations for non-food partners, supporting NFV vendors on Talabat through quality control checks, inventory management, and accurate daily updates. Assist vendors with requests and issue resolution, execute vendor promotions on the platform, and help partners use internal tools to optimize order processing. Improve Arabic and English content quality while staying KPI- and customer-service focused.
