Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full analytics stack from raw data to models, dashboards, and insights for a business-critical function.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to identify and lead analyses that uncover growth and efficiency levers.
  • •Design intuitive dashboards for a broad set of stakeholders to enable fast decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering to validate and optimize pipelines, ensuring accurate, scalable infrastructure and a trusted single source of truth.
  • •Champion a data-first culture by guiding teams, writing clear documentation, and modeling evidence-based decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning analytics end to end at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • •Deep analytics engineering experience, writing clean, performant SQL and using tools like dbt and Fivetran.
  • •Strong fundamentals in data modeling, ETLs, and data infrastructure.
  • •Curiosity and outcome orientation, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Clear communication skills for sharing insights through writing (e.g., Notion) and presentations.
