Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement BMC Helix Discovery architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and high availability.
  • •Lead end-to-end deployments: discovery configuration, credential management, patterns, integrations, and upgrades.
  • •Collaborate with ITSM/CMDB, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure accurate service and application modelling.
  • •Develop and maintain custom patterns and automation scripts to extend out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • •Establish best practices for discovery schedules, data normalization, and reconciliation with CMDB.

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM) design and implementation.
