Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze failed or worn equipment components to identify root causes of material failure and assess remanufacturing feasibility.
  • •Design customized rebuild solutions using material selection, surface repair techniques, heat treatment schedules, and structural optimization.
  • •Optimize the remanufacturing workflow (cleaning, repairing, processing, and testing) to standardize SOPs and improve yield and efficiency.
  • •Provide on-site technical guidance to resolve material and process issues and correct non-compliant operations.
  • •Conduct material performance testing and quality inspections, monitor post-service failure rates, and improve repair methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in material engineering, parts remanufacturing, or equipment failure analysis.
  • •In-depth knowledge of engineering material properties and hands-on rebuild technologies including welding repair, surfacing, heat treatment, and surface coating.
  • •Ability to perform material performance testing and interpret results, including finished product quality inspection.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication for cross-team collaboration in an on-site heavy industry/factory environment.
