Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the development of program and integration strategy, providing thought leadership on broader organizational projects.
  • •Drive the end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies, high-complexity programs and key workstreams by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • •Coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across the organization.
  • •Manage top executive stakeholders, maintaining excellence across program meetings and recurring syncs.
  • •Monitor program status and rapidly identify issues/risks, communicating them to stakeholders and collaborating to ensure timely resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 248,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8-12+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related roles
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives
  • •Practical expertise in enterprise software / B2B SaaS industry and/or previous high-growth operations or startup experience is a plus
  • •Exceptional written and oral communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization
