•Define and lead audience growth and revenue strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok for the portfolio of conflict-driven daytime talk shows.
•Oversee programming across the portfolio and manage a team of Associate Content Producers to deliver AVOD commercial goals.
•Explore ways to expand and develop internally run channel portfolios to increase revenue share.
•Create presentation decks and report insights to internal and external stakeholders.
•Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and perform macro analysis of AVOD data including YouTube analytics.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

•Ability to process large data sets, particularly YouTube analytics and Power BI.
