Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or certification in a technology services/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of combined experience in Site Support Technician and/or Infrastructure Technician roles (or similar).
  • •Ability to install, terminate, and test low-voltage cables including twisted pair, coax, power limited tray cable, and fiber optic cable.
  • •Strong knowledge of cabling infrastructure installation terminology and industry standards (BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local/National Electric Code).
  • •Mechanical aptitude to read blueprints and installation documentation, including floor plans and wiring diagrams.
