Onsite AV Support Technician

Provide on-premises AV and technical support for AVI-SPL customers at customer sites, partnering with the customer team, local management, the global helpdesk, and SIG teams. Set up and maintain conference spaces, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot audio/video/presentation systems, and support in-person and virtual meetings. Handle field service support for networked devices, document site work, train end users as needed, and follow local safety standards while traveling to job sites as required.
