Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site construction activities in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • •Support and coordinate with Construction Director, area construction managers, and completions/QA/QC leads on discipline activity, inspections, punch lists, and as-build conditions.
  • •Coordinate with home office engineering, construction, subcontracting, procurement, and project controls to plan and enable subcontractor works.
  • •Manage engineering support via home office Project Manager; use RFI processes for document tracking, correspondence, and issue resolution.
  • •Analyze progress and schedule performance; conduct weekly planning meetings and support subcontractors with weekly work plans and material requests (WRFIs), then close out RFIs for turnover care and custody.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •Five (5) years of experience in construction.
  • •Moderate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management, document management, and timekeeping systems.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Access.
  • •Strong attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
