Lead industrialization and production ramp-up for major aerostructure components in the A220 program. You’ll drive work transfers and industrial performance with internal suppliers, ensure compliance and quality, and act as a key industrial interface and technical expert across cross-functional teams. Own readiness assessments for production scale-up, monitor critical development and tooling oversight, address supplier non-conformities, and manage transfer projects involving design changes.
