Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary legal counsel to DHAM management and business units, providing written and verbal legal advice and opinions.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations for DHAM and its entities, aligning with governance policy.
  • •Prepare and manage the Legal department budget, monitoring spend and recommending corrective actions.
  • •Lead the Legal team: set objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate staff, and provide feedback and appraisals.
  • •Oversee legal deliverables and documentation, manage legal templates and records, and manage trademark/domain portfolios.
