Build and maintain Ripple’s multi-region, multi-provider platforms and DevOps-first delivery. Own infrastructure and release-pipeline improvements, including CI/CD and release process automation, capacity/load testing, and production infrastructure layout. Develop and automate platform and application lifecycle services using data-driven approaches. Collaborate with product engineering to ensure production-ready code and lead discovery and adoption of next-generation solutions across teams.

•Build and automate platform and application lifecycle services with minimal human interaction.
•Collaborate with product engineering to ensure code is production-ready and support DevOps-first adoption.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of hands-on DevOps or related experience.
•Strong experience in Python, Go, or Java.
•Proficiency in Kubernetes and background managing cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
•Experience with container runtimes/schedulers such as Docker, Rkt, or OCI on Kubernetes and tools like Rancher or Mesos.
•Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and building deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
